We are in the process of getting permission to use some land in Feilding to create a perennial 'food forest' type garden, and to grow some annual vegetable plants. These gardens will be created as sharing gardens, where people can come together to share ideas and learn from each other, as well as share the good food that is grown. Their main purpose will be to give people the skills and knowledge that will empower them to grow more of their own healthy food in the spaces around their homes and share it with others.

They will be developed using the permaculture ethics and design principles by experienced local gardeners who have a good understanding of gardening successfully in Feilding.
